What are your shipping costs?
We have a flat rate fee of $10.00 for shipping with free shipping on orders over $175.
What is your policy on returns and exchanges?
We understand that sometimes things don’t fit as they should. Therefore we do offer returns and exchanges in certain circumstances. However do keep in mind that every item is handmade so if you have any queries check out the sizing chart and contact us before you purchase in order.
How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
As we handmake every item to order production times may vary, as soon as your order has been made you will receive an email to notify you. You should expect your order to be made within a week of purchasing (allow extra time for busy seasons).
I’m not sure what size I am from your size guide, what do I do?
If you are unsure about which size is most suitable for you, get in contact with us and we will help you figure out the best sizing option. As we do hand make everything we are able to adjust and customise to fit you.
Do you ship internationally?
No we do not. We are hoping to in the future but are limited to Australia at the moment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payment through Credit Card and Paypal. We are also looking into getting Afterpay.
